No foreign medical graduates will be granted permanent residency unless they have -
(a)(i) completion of a course to obtain a foreign medical degree lasting at least 54 months;
(ii) Completed a minimum 12-month internship program at the same foreign medical facility;
(iii) receive a foreign medical degree with teaching materials in English; And
(iv) have studied the compulsory subjects specified in Table I;
(b) is registered with the relevant professional regulatory body or has the authority to issue a medical license in the respective jurisdiction of the country in which the medical degree is granted and is equivalent to a medical license issued; granted to citizens of this country;
(c) complete a supervised internship in India for a minimum period of twelve months, after submitting an application to the Commission; And
(d) have passed the National Exit Test or any other required test or test conducted by the Commission.
